Was a great decision stay in this place. Service was great! Hotel was clean, the staff was helpful and always had a good recommendations. No close to Oía, but they have transportation to the area, also It’s not crowded as Oía. We rent a car (very cheap in price from the ferry port) and that gave us the opportunity to move all around the island and this place was perfect located as a pívot point. The view to the caldera, the sunrise (from our room) and the sunset were beautifully appreciated from this location. We loved this place and for sure will love to stay here again. The tour to the volcano was an A+.

The hotel has excellent location. It is right on the beach and next to the famous archeological site of Akrotiri. It is 1-5 min walking to a row of excellent restaurants which we had 3 dinners there. It is next to a pickup place for a boat tour to the red, white and black beaches. The hotel is newly remodeled and decorated. The beds are comfortable. The room is spacious. The linen is very clean. We had maid service every day of our stay. I had a strained angle and the owner kindly relocated me to a room at a room at a lower level so I did not have to climb many stairs and our breakfasts were delivered to our room daily. The hotel is at the beach and we enjoyed sunrise from the terrace every day. Excellent stay.

They give you 2 options as to where you’d like to eat. Either in their designated eating area or delivered to your room. Every day we opted to eat in the room together and it was wonderful! The staff were extremely professional, kind, helpful and gracious and I’d like to extend a personal thank you to them! I had needed rope to tie some bags to our atv and on very short notice they manage to provide some! Thank you for a wonderful stay in Santorini! Should we come again, we would love to stay here once more. -David family

Izuzetno čist i udoban mali resort. Peškiri se menjaju svakodnevno , posteljina 2 puta nedeljno. Doručak je dobar, mozda bi mogao biti raznovrsniji ali ima svega dovoljno.Veliki bazen oko koga nikada nema guzve ni galame prija kako u ranim jutarnjim časovima tako i do samog zalaska sunca.Veoma lepo i uređeno dvorište ima puno prirodnog hlada. Lokacija je savršena. Naravno za potpuno uživanje na Santoriniju potrebno je iznajmiti automobil. Onda je sve komforno i mobilnost daje dodatnu dimenziju odmoru.

This Hotel was Great. The staff was wonderful starting even before we arrived, by reaching out and extending certain courtesies to us. They were always available to answer questions. They went above and beyond expectations and ensured everyone felt welcome. The front desk staff were very informative; the pool, bar, and meal staff bent over backwards to ensure your every need was met, they were able to pre-place what you needed before you ask for it, and just ensure you have the best holiday/vacation. Their staff even carried your luggage to your room and from your room upon check out. This was some of the best service we have ever received overall. The service combined with the beautiful view, game room, spa and two pools were just what we needed and well worth the money. They have our HIGHEST Recommendation.

We had the most unforgettable stay at Charisma Suites in Santorini! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the sheer beauty of this place. The Honeymoon Suite we stayed in was absolutely superb and exceeded all our expectations. The room was tastefully decorated, and the attention to detail was evident in every aspect. We were greeted with a stunning view of the caldera right from our private terrace, and it felt like a dream come true. Waking up to the picturesque sunrise and unwinding with breathtaking sunsets made our stay truly magical. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, making sure that every moment of our stay was special. The service was impeccable, and they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. While we loved everything about Charisma Suites, we must admit that the abundance of stairs both within the hotel and throughout Santorini was a bit challenging. Amazing world-class hotel. This is THE place to be in Santorini. Breathtaking view. Excellent food, delicious breakfast. And the most friendly, attentive, helpful and professional staff we have ever come across in our travels, especially Manos, the best Hotel General Manager in the world! Thank you so much to the team for an incredible experience. We were blown away by Cavo Tagoo Santorini and will definitely stay here again.

Everyone was extremely genuinely friendly, which seems to be the way in the Cyclades. Of course, the breakfast was amazing, and it was in an open-air space protected from the sun. Actually, much of the hotel was open-air, including the reception desk. It was also just across the small road from the beach, and the hotel owns a stretch of beach just for the guests. It is well located to catch the sunrise, which can be spectacular, and even just walking around the neighborhood is interesting as there are a number of small farms and the like. Some ways down the beach are some excellent restaurants. You don't need a car at all if you are just coming to relax. The masseuse at the hotel did an excellent job on me. She could really dig in and get the knots out of my muscles. After my session, I didn't have any aches or pains at night as I otherwise so often do.
